Due to unprecedented numbers of staff off sick today, it will take longer to answer your calls and deal with your queries.  If your issue isn't urgent please call back another time. You can still make appointments on the Livi app if you are struggling to get through.  Please be patient and courteous with our staff, they are trying their very best in difficult circumstances.
