Changing your contact details

If you need to change or update your contact details, you can do so by completing the online form update your personal details via the questions and admin section. You can also call the surgery to let us know if your phone number or address has changed.

Disabled access

There is good access to both sites for wheelchair users. This includes access to all of our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
